Friends... very happy that I have seen this season's first mangoes near Hyderabad old city on my way for shopping, not able to buy them because of traffic. Tried for mangoes in our area, but found them no where. Now for me, it became an irresistible feeling to eat my favourite fruit. So thought of making Mango Lassi using ready available Maaza. First tasted this awesome tasty drink when I was in USA. After having a spicy and hot meal, all our friends used to drink this Mango Lassi to keep the stomach cool.
Why to wait friends.. lets step into my kitchen and prepare this simple and easy INSTANT MANGO LASSI. Make it.. taste it.. enjoy cool Instant Mango Lassi in Hot Summer...!!!
INGREDIENTS :
3/4 cup Thick Curd
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Little Ilaichi Powder
1 glass Maaza
1 tsp Grated Almonds
METHOD :
1) Take thick curd / hung curd into a glass.
2) Add a spoon of powdered sugar and whisk it well.
3) Add little Ilaichi powder and whisk again.
4) Now add a glass of Maaza and mix well.
5) Mix till all the ingredients blend well. Keep aside.
6) Spread little sugar on a plate.
7) Apply water on top edge of the Serving Glass.
8) Roll on sugar.
9) Add mango lassi into this glass.
10) Finally garnish with grated almonds.
11) Serve when cool.
