Today I am presenting KIWI BANANA SMOOTHIE, a healthy breakfast, especially for kids. Instead of forcing the kids to have a solid breakfast, having this Smoothie as breakfast is the best way to add fruits, nuts and milk to your morning diet. As mentioned in the name, I have prepared this Smoothie using Kiwi fruit and Banana. I have add these fruits to a blender. Added dry fruits like almonds and cashew nuts, sugar and a glass of milk. Blended to make fine smoothie. Finally garnished with a slice of Kiwi and dry fruits. Now my Kiwi Banana Smoothie got ready to taste. You can taste immediately or even serve chill.

INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup sliced Kiwi fruit
1 cup sliced Banana
1 tsp grated Almonds
1 tsp grated Cashew nuts
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
METHOD :
1) In a blender, add sliced Kiwi fruit, sliced banana, almonds, cashews, sugar and milk.
2) Blend well to make fine smoothie.
3) Garnish with dryfruits and a Kiwi slice.
4) Serve chill and enjoy the taste of healthy Kiwi Banana Smoothie.
Tips :
1) You can use honey / raisins / dates instead of sugar.
2) You can soak the dry fruits overnight and use to make smoothie.
