FLOWER EGG CURRY (Bachelors' Recipe)

Staying away from home? Got tired and bored of eating curries from curry points?? Whether studying or working, this is the major problem for all Bachelors.  

Today let me share a super tasty, very easy and very quick to make Bachelors' Recipe "FLOWER EGG CURRY". You do not need any special masala for this recipe. Mix all the ingredients in a mixie and use it to make the curry. That's it.

INGREDIENTS : 
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Onions
1/2 cup Tomatoes
1/2 glass water
1/2 spoon Red chilly powder
1/4 spoon Turmeric powder
1/2 spoon Dhaniya powder
1/2 spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1 big spoon Oil
1/2 spoon Jeera
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste

METHOD : 
1) In a mixie, add onions, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, ginger garlic paste and grind to make paste.
2) In a bowl, add a big spoon oil.
3) Add jeera and curry leaves. 
4) Add ground masala paste and cook till the oil separates.
5) Add 1/2 glass of water and let it boil.
6) Beat 2 eggs into the curry. Do not mix.
7) Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
8) Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
9) Enjoy the tasty "Flower Egg Curry" now.

Tips : 
1) Do not mix the Eggs after beating them into the curry. Just close the lid and cook on low flame.
