Don't know who brought Pani Puri recipe to Hyderabad?? We Hyderabadis of all age groups got addicted to this lovely street food. Now this street snack is available in almost every galli of Hyderabad and our working day ends only after eating this yummy Pani Puri every day. We Hyderabadis call it as "Gupchup".

Crispy Puri, sweet, spicy, tangy, hot & cool.. what not.. we find all tastes of life in this lovely Pani puri. Getting tempted..??? No worries. I am sharing mouthwatering Pani Puri recipe in Hyderabad style with you all today. 

Generally boiled Chickpea is used in Panipuri in all other places of India. But in Hyderabad we use boiled Peas to prepare this mixture which gives awsome taste to the masala. Checkout the detailed recipe and do it today. 

So kids.. you can have unlimited gupchups from now. mummy will not stop you from today, because she is going to prepare them for you at home. Eat n Enjoy...!!!

INGREDIENTS : 
1cup Mint Leaves
Green Chillies as per taste
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
3/4 spoon Black salt
1 glass Water
3/4 spoon Chat Masala
1 Pinch Citric Acid granules
1/2 cup Boiled peas
1/4 spoon Red Chilly Powder
1/2 cup Onion
Salt to taste

METHOD :
1) In a mixie, add Mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves and black salt and grind to make Green Masala.
2) In a bowl, add glass of water.
3) Add 1/2 spoon Black salt, 1/2 spoon Chat masala, a pinch of citric acid, 1 spoon Green Masala and salt to taste to make Pani.
4) In other bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled Peas, 1/4 spoon Red chilly powder, salt to taste, 1/4 spoon Chat masala and mix well to make Peas mixure. 
5) Finally, take a Puri, make a hole in the center.
6) First add Peas mixture, then add few chopped onions.
7) Later dip in Pani and eat them quickly.
8) Enjoy the taste of Pani Puri.

Tips :
1) Little Puri (Gupchups) are readily available in all supermarkets.
