Know about the Recipe :
From Mysore Maharaja Wadiyar's royal kitchen, this Mysore city's royal iconic sweet "Mysore Pak" reached and won the hearts of all Indians. Magic combination of 3 ingredients - Besan, Sugar and Ghee made this super tasty, porous, mouth watering, traditional, magic sweet Mysore Pak.

Today, to celebrate my dear brother's birthday, I am preparing his favourite Mysore Pak for him and sharing the recipe with you all. Usually Ghee is used to make this sweet. My brother do not like ghee, so I am using regular refined oil.

Besan, sugar, ghee needs to be combined in a perfect way in exact quantities as mentioned in the recipe. Sugar syrup must get 1 string consistency. If not mysore pak will get hard. While working, you need to keep 2 stoves on - one for besan+ sugar mixture and other for boiling oil. Take the help of another person to pour oil in the besan mixture, when you are stirring the mixture.

So friends... follow the recipe, get ready to prepare and enjoy the taste of mouth watering, hard & soft, porous and super tasty Mysore Pak today. It is easy to make.

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup Besan
