We often prepare many recipes like Sambar, Charu, Fry and Pulusu with this amazing vegetable.

Today I am preparing a simple, awesome, tongue tickling recipe with Bhindi called "STUFFED BHINDI FRY". My innovative recipe started with the preparation of a tasty Masala that is used to stuff bhindis. I have dry roasted chana dal, urad dal, jeera, coriander seeds, curry leaves, tamarind, dried coconut, garlic cloves. We need to add ingredients one by one for dry roasting because some ingredients take much time and some take less time for roasting. So, I have dry roasted the dals first and later added other ingredients one by one. It gives a great aroma while roasting. After dry roasting them well, I have added them to a mixie, added salt and red chilly powder and ground to make Masala powder. Next I have taken 10 Ladies fingers and made a slit, stuffed with above made masala and shallow fried them in a pan. My innovative Stuffed Bhindi Fry got ready to taste.
