Roti is a very common traditional Indian flat bread which is a part of our daily food routine. We all might have prepared different varieties of rotis. INGREDIENTS : 
1 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Maida
1/4 tsp Salt
Few Coriander leaves
Water 
4 tsp Oil
1.5 tsp Garlic - finely chopped
1/4 cup - Grated

METHOD : 
1) In a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, salt and a spoon oil.
2) Add water and mix well to make a soft dough.
3) Rest for 30 min.
4) In other bowl, add finely chopped garlic, grated paneer, few coriander leaves and mix well.
5) Now take the dough and make a cup.
6) Stuff this cup with garlic paneer mixture and close it.
7) Make a roti.
8) On Tawa, fry roti on both sides adding oil.
9) Tasty Stuffed Garlic Paneer Roti is ready to serve.
